After a few hours of disappointments, I gave up on connecting my Fenix 2 watch to Garmin connect (windows)
The Garmin Express finds it, (displays its model and serial number), but shows a message like this:
"Garmin Express does not support this device. Please use Garmin Map Updater. Please use Garmin Map Updater." followed by a Download now button.
Funny enough the Garmin Map Updater doesn't install either.
I have read several similar reports with different devices/models. Some of them as old as 10 years!
Is that such a big problem that Garmin can't fix?
