I have an old lap top with windows 7 and a new lap top with windows 10 that have garmin express 7.2.2.0 installed. My vivo active 4 will connect on both but it won't the windows 10 won't let me sign in. It just stays blank. Things I have tried: uninstalling and reinstalling garmin express, updating windows 10, restarting my computer, removing and adding the device back to garmin and nothing. I am sure it is a windows 10 issue and am hoping someone can help me. My vivo active 4 connects seamlessly to the garmin app on my phone so it's not an issue with my watch. ANY SUGGESTIONS???? I'm frustrated.
