Garmin Express

I am able to log on to Garmin Connect just fine on over the internet. I downloaded the app to update my 520 Edge Plus. I hit search for new device and it finds it. When I choose the option to sign in, the box comes up and it is just blank. I can see Garmin Express in the upper left corner and the "X" in the upper right corner, but that is it. The box is just empty. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice already. Still have the same issue.
