The update failed due to a server connection issue!

So my honda displayed that maps have not been updated for over a year. So I thought it would be nice and easy to update the maps using Garmin Express, I guess its not easy.

Have tried multiple times now on a Windows computer and a mac computer, firewalls disabled just in case. But every time it gets to about 16.1%, then shows up the red bar with the error as shown above.

Using the very latest version of Garmin Express shows the same symptoms. Anyone know what I can do to fix this?

I have got a very stable fibre line, and am using lan cable to connect.

I have similar problem.

Few days ago, I bought safety cameras for Europe and when I try to Activate, same message appears :"Unable to install. We´re have a problem communicating with ours servers. Try again later."

It´s for Garmin lmt-d 61. But they take money from pay-pal... -.-

Where did you buy the safety cameras from? First thing is to ensure you're running the latest version of Express then try the other things in this FAQ support.garmin.com/.../

@8355021 What sort of Honda? How are you trying to update the map and which one is it?

Garmin Express - Store - Safety cameras.

I tried everything and nothing works.

Then you'll need to call Product Support as it could be an account issue.
