Just installed it.

I cannot unisntall and/or update from 7.1.4.0, Windows 10, firewall disabled.... What to do???

I do not have the knowledge to help you with this problem. Garmin Support might be able to help you.

I was forced to re-install to solve another issue.

In my case, using the Microsoft Troubleshooter to de-install Garmin Express solved the problem and also installed the latest version. I found this solution in the Garmin FAQ about install problems.
