Bmw Motorrad Navi 5 doesn't connect to my Garmin Express (win 10 laptop)

Hi, i 've already read the steps to fix the problem but is remains. I turn to Mass Storage, i turn to Mass Storage Single Session, i change the RWFS Settings to Show RWFS in Mass Storage, i reboot,NOTHING! Any other idea? Thanks Jimmy P.

Are you leaving it connected for long enough as some devices take a couple of minutes? Are you using the original cable? Do you have Express running at the same time, if so close it.
