I can not connect my Venu SQ with Garmin Express

I can not connect my Venu SQ with Garmin Express. I would like to put my music via Garmin express. I spent almost 2 hours but It does not work. I follow many solutions such as

1.I look in "Services" and there is no Garmin Core Update Service there.
2. I checked my network and check my device already connected to a computer PC
3.I tried downloading and installing the latest install file but got the same error. 

I use Windows 10 Pro. I wondering that my name of profile on the web browser (3707525)it does not the same as  my name on Garmin Connect  (mobile app)

  • Were you able to at least install Garmin Express? If installed, it would be express.exe running as a background service.

    This should not impact your ability to connect your Venu SQ to Garmin Express. Once you do have it installed and connect your watch successfully, you'll be prompted to enter the email address used previously on Garmin Connect Mobile, and Garmin Connect Web. But it sounds like you haven't gotten that far, since GE is not seeing your device. This is typically an issue with a faulty USB cable or USB port.

  • I'm having the same problem ... had a Vivoactive HR and now have a new Venu SQ. Garmin Express will not find it with "Add a Device" .... it searches but no Venu SQ in the results that it lists.
    Garmin Express is up to date. I've connected the Venu SQ to my Garmin Connect app ... but Garmin Express will not recognize it. Windows 10 does not show it as an external drive or device, either.
