Garmin express V7.1.4.0 does not lauch after installation in W10 64bit version.Former versions worked

I uninstalled it and tried several other claenup options

Nothing works

Please help

    Works fine on my Win10.  Is your OS up to date?  If so you will need to contact Product Support for detailed help on your system unless you can give us some further detail on where it's failing?
