Garmin express crash

I downloaded the lastest version Express 7.1.4.0

want to run the program but it,s crashing everytime

what could be wrong ??

No idea, try uninstalling it and then do a fresh install

Try calling Product support for detailed help as you likely have a problem with your system.

i will becauuse i tried al of these reinstall , and stil not running

only thing is happeing i can load it , and then the error come

so cant connect before i have express on
