Problem with Topoactive dawnlode

Hey guys,

i hope someone can help before the weekends starts...

I have a Garmin GPSMAP 66s ( soft version 5.00)

Yesterday I bought the Topoactive Europe (download version). Everything is done by payment and confirmation email with all the explanations.
Connecting GPS to the PC works as it should.
I follow the steps .. but when I click on the cloud to start the dawnlode I immediately get the following

( an error occurred while installing the content)

I have already tried all possible options from the support site to fix this.
