Unable to sync and connect to garmin severs

Hello,

Since 3 days i'm unable to launch garmin express on my computer because it won't sync to garmin forum.

ANy ideas ? Using the latest version on W10.

Did a clean uninstall and reinstall it with the latest version. It works, thanks.
