impossible download VEU723L southern europe

Hello, I can't download VEU723L southern europe map bought for 400 €., Garmin Express closes around 14% download.

Windows 7.

GPSmap 64st connected with 32 Gb SD card.

Internet optical fibre connected with download of 260 Mb/s and upload of 140 Mb/s
