WMI Activity, error 5858, massiv processor use caused by Garmin Express

I have to report a big problem with Garmin Express. Unfortunately, Garmin Express is running in the background constantly and use 10-20% of the processor (WMI Activity, error 5858).  U can solve it if you close separately every time the Garmin Express. In the taskbar, you can find the small icon, and u can close it.
