City Navigator South America 2021.20 failed update

I'm using Garmin Express 7.1.4.0 to update the City Navigator South America map.
After the download, my Garmin Zumo 395 GPS receives the 2021.20 version
BUT
my PC receives the 2021.10 version.
I've investigate the downloaded files and I've found the folowing folder hierarchie:
C:\ProgramData\Garmin\CoreService\Downloads\Map\Map_Map.SAm.2021.20\RMU\SAm\2021_10\...
When I open BaseCamp I find City Navigator South America NT 2021.1

Try deleting that folder and reinstall the map to your PC. Note this assumes 2021.20 isn't also installed and it's simply that you haven't selected it from the drop down list in BaseCamp?

I've tried that. Didn't work.

BaseCamp drop down list shows 2021.20 from the GPS and 2021.10 from C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Maps

Hmmm ... wonder if the 2021.20 map download to PC has been incorrectly titled? Try deleting the map via Control panel then reinstall, if still 2021.10 shows in BaseCamp contact Product Support and let them know.

The problem persists. I've tested using four computers.

I've tried that. Didn't work.
It seems there is no version 2021.20 for Windows, only for GPS.
