Stuck on "We're Creating Your Explore Account Just a moment, then we'll take you right in."

Hello,

I recently bought a GPSMAP66i, and I have registered it and set up Garmin Connect.  But I cannot set up a Garmin explore account.  I've tried on my phone and computer, and it just gets stuck on the "We're Creating Your Explore Account Just a moment, then we'll take you right in."   I would like to get this fixed as quickly as possible, so any help is much appreciated.
