Sync error with Garmin Express and garmin swim

Hello.

Here is my problem. My Garmin swim refuse to sync with garmin connect since decembre 2018.

It just stopped. I randomly tried to sync from time to time since then, with the same result

"There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect"

I tried on 3 different PCs, with even a brand new one. I tried to connect the ant stick on usb2 and usb3 ports. I changed the battery.

I tiried to reset my watch, remove it from my Garmin connect account... nothing worked.

Here are the software versions

- Gamin express : 7.1.4.0

- OS : windows 10 19041.572

- Garmin swim FW :

Can you help me?

  • Do you have the original Garmin Swim? Strange that it doesn't work on any PC. I assume all of these PCs are within the same network. If you have a laptop, you might try taking it to some other network Wi-Fi and see if it will work in that case. Alternatively, you could set your cell phone cellular connection as a hotspot and and use it to connect your PC to the Internet. Also, have you checked to verify that the Registered to email address for your Garmin Swim in Garmin Express is accurate and matches the email address being used to login to Garmin Connect Web and Garmin Connect Mobile?

    If none of this reveals the issue, there could be a hardware/software issue with the watch or the ANT stick you're using to connect to the computer.
