Problem connecting with our servers Nuvi 2597

Checking for updates, win10 and tried everything to get it to connect.  Computer rebooted, uninstalled and installed garmin express, Turned off, on, tried downloading with the device detached, attached, all day long .. sorry were having problems communicating with our servers.  Not enjoying this.
