Preparing Device for Map Update - Edge 520plus

I'm stuck on the preparing device for map update. Is it because the unit is just out of the box and needs to charge first? If not, should I disconnect and try again? Thanks in advance!

Possibly, you should certainly start with a well charged device when attempting a map update.
