Garmin Express can not be uninstalled, installed, updated, executed

Could you explain me, what to do with the application? I am getting following error:

Sorry, no, this is a Garmin forum. If it were me I'd try contacting Microsoft. 

IMHO, this is issue of garmin (not microsoft) that they can not create working uninstall :D

Whenever I've uninstalled Express it's worked. You're running a Microsoft tool so if it's not working you need to contact them.

I'm having exactly the same problem since today. Actually the update to 7.1.4.0 worked (or at least) seemed to work. Unfortunately, after installation Garmin Express won't start and cannot be uninstalled. That is really odd. 

How are you trying to uninstall it?  I've just done it on my Win10 system via Control panel.

I have tried via Control panel. It said "Garmin express was successfully uninstalled", but it was still there and I could not install new version. I have tried also third-party software for complete uninstallation, but garmin express resisted to be deleted. My solution: Manually delete everything from garmin folder and then manually delete everything from windows registry. I am really very disappointed how stupid GE is.

Rarely had an issue with Express, but then I maintain my Windows system so it's up to date and run effective anti-virus and malware programs.

How did you do this exactly? Is there something like a tutorial for manual uninstallation? As far as I am concerned, an error message appears during the uninstall process via control panel and Garmin Express itself does not start either.
