Server error with Garmin Express V7.1.4.0

Always the same message: It was not possible to add this device because our servers are currently unavailable " "We're sorry, there was a communication problem with our servers.

I have tried all the suggested solutions but no results.

Iam sure. It is a Garmin server problem!
