Getting an error message when trying to sync data. Garmin Express/Connect stating it doesn't accept the .FIT file. I am not even able to upload the activity by browsing the file. All my Garmin files are .FIT files. What's changed in the last 24

Getting an error message when trying to sync data. Garmin Express/Connect stating it doesn't accept the .FIT file. I am not even able to upload the activity by browsing the file. All my Garmin files are .FIT files. What's changed in the last 24 hours?

hi,

care to tell what kind of Garmin device you are using ? chance is high there is a corrupted fit file

the not accepted fit file you need is(are) in the ACTIVITY or ACTIVITES folder

Please zip the fit file, then drag & drop the zipped file onto a new post in this thread. Then we can try to help you.

Hi Only Two,

I'm using a GARMIN 25. I don't know how to zip a file, so let me figure that out an I'll put it in the thread. Thank you.

When I tried to export to zip file, the message is that the .fit file is empty. :(
