Endless login prompts after updating to 7.1.3.0

Question

I have two watches registered in Garmin Express. After updating to 7.1.3.0, now, each time I click any of watches, the login window pops up. After entering the correct data, the same popup window reappears again.

Uninstalled Garmin Express, including manually deleting Garmin folders and checking the Registry. Reinstalled, re-registered both watches. Everything works now.
