Server error with Garmin Express V7.1.3.0

I'm getting a server error dialog when try to Sync my Edge 1030 using Garmin Express for Windows.

The error is present from V7.1.0.0

The old V6.7.0.0 does not have this problem and I can use it to update/sync my Edge 1030

I already contacted Garmin Support and I'm in contact with them!
