Garmin Express won't launch in Windows 10

I tried win 10 troubleshooter, uninstall/reinstall restart system tried looking for Garmin_Ltd._or_its_subsid and delete but it's missing don't know what else I can try to do.

Please send me some guide that I can try to follow so I can make this thing working,
