Map updating stalls

Since ca. 7 hours, the maps updating on an Windows notebook on my new watch (Fenix 6 pro sapphire) stalls at "17,3%" without error message and at well functioning internet connection ("Rate: 0 KB/s"). Is the Garmin server down? Has an incomplete resp. disrupted updating bad consequences (aside outdated map data)?

Is there sufficient space on the watch for the update?

As far as I saw on the Garmin website, an error message would show that, but there was none. I now try it again, it seems to proceed slowly...

It worked now, maybe an update of the watch after connecting it with WLAN indepenent from other devices enabled that.
