New version of Express doesn't recognize my account

After updating GE this week, it stopped recognizing my account and I can't gain access on either my mobile devices or PC. Anyone else have this issue? The login screen just keeps looping back when entering the login information. 

  • I had the same problem after updating to GE 7.1.3. I had to completely uninstall and reinstall GE.

    Then I had to re-register all my 5 devices. The account was then temporarily blocked after three devices because of "suspicious activities".

    In the meantime I was able to register all devices again.
