I’m trying to update but at 14 percent it stops and says server lost connection

I have updated the garmin express on my laptop now trying to update the maps it starts the process and then in around 14 percent I get an error message that says server connection is lost

Check your laptop isn't closing it down, or your ISP is throttling your usage. This is an error that rarely appears

I have checked and not found any problems on my laptop or my download abilities I can download from other sites with no problem

Try calling Product Support so they can investigate

I will definitely have to as the chat line was unable to give me any information
