Why Express is not working from Hungary from version 6.21 and not resolved for months? Is it intentional?

Hello,

Express does not work from Hungary from version 6.21. Reported by users, Garmin representative months ago, but still not resolved. The local Garmin support suggest to use 6.21.

Please let me know if it is intentional and will be corrected at all or Hungary is banned permanently? What is the reason?

    The company has grown too big, the Hungarian market is very small.

    Same issue. WIndows 10 Build 2004 Hungarian edition, Fenix 3, GPSMAP 64s

    Hi! I have the same problem with my Fenix 6 Pro! (Tibor from Hungary).

    I have the same problem with my Fenix 5 in Hungary. A tried to uninstall/reinsall Express. (7.0.0., 7.0.1, and novadays the newest 7.1.0.) Last working version is 6.21.

    W10 64bit Hungarian 1909. Fenix5 firmware: 20.00.
    Pls solve this problem ASAP!  I am out of patience.

    If I pay lot of money for a watch like this I expect the quality customer service.

  • I have the same express problem with my FR 935 and FR 645 in Hungary. Last working express version is 6.21.

  • Dear Garmin support,

    We (in Hungary) have 3 Garmin devices with my wife (Edge 530, Instinct and FR45S) and cannot use the newest and even some recently released versions of Garmin Express!

    The problem with the new versions that, after we enter the username and password the Express responses with an error message:
    "An error ocured during connet to the Garmin servers. Our servers are not available at the moment so no login possible"
    I tried to change the location/region and/or the language of the software, but got the same results.

    As a workaround we have to use a quite old version of that which seems to be working: V6.21, but this is a quite old version so we can't get the new features of your services.

    I have experienced the same issue. (Hungary, Fenix 6s pro)
