Garmin Connet says Update Available - Garmin Express Finds nothing

I get this meesage on Garmin Connect website:

I get another message on my mobile phone, when I go to Garmin Express Version 7.1.0 it says its synced but it wont install anything on the watch and the message won't go away.

I have contacted online support and the answer was just horrible, well "it's updated" - if it's updated why the message? If this is a bug on the site or on wherever Garmin has to solve it not me by deleting notifications.

The release has been withdrawn some time between yeserday and today!

If you go to https://www.garmin.com/en-US/software/express/windows/ then you will get the 7.0.2.0 and not 7.1.0.0

You were absolutelly right, although I did had to unistall and after install that 7.0.2.0 as 7.1.0.0 is theoretically higher so it wouldn't automatically find a "newer" version.
