GE 7.1.0.0 not communicating with RV660 or Monterra

Running a 6.? version of GE on my WIN10 laptop and everything connects. Running 7.1 on my desktop (just upgraded) and nothing communicates except my Fenix 3. Everything worked fine on the 6.? version of GE but now nothing communicates. Basecamp works fine with all three devices. Computer can see all three devices but the GPSs will not connect to the software. Tried all the remedies (cables, uninstall, reboots, etc). Called Garmin and support walked through all the remedies, no joy. Anyone else having connection issues with GE 7.1????

Have you tried deleting the devices from Express and readding them?

Deleted everything including GE and reinstalled GE and it still doesn't recognize the devices. The laptop with the 6.21 GE version works fine.

It's also been reported that GE7.1 won't recognize the dezl 770 and fleet 670 even though the computer recognizes the devices and POI Loader also recognizes the devices and updates POIs. GE has been uninstalled and reinstalled with no resolution and earlier versions of GE before 7.1 performed map updates as expected. Clearly there's a problem with GE 7.1 recognizing some of the "more unusual" Garmin devices. The dezl 770 owner uninstalled GE 7.1 and used an earlier GE version which updated the map. The problem is almost certainly GE7.1's inability to see these devices.

Thats exactly what I'm having trouble with today, express doesn't recognize my dezl 770

I have same connectivity issue on NuviCam with GE 7.1.x.x.

Garmin Dezl 770 is not recoginzed by Garmin Expess Ver. 7.1.0.0 but will work with older Versions Of Expess

This issue is resolved with Garmin Express release 7.1.1.0.
