Garmin Express: Device found but not listed after registration

Hi.

I am trying to add a GPSMAP 721xs with Garmin Express.

The GPSMAP721xs shows in mygarmin.com and I prepared an SD Card on the device, to create the GarminDevice.xml file on the SD Card.

When I insert the SD card on the computer (I tried on a Mac and on a PC) Garmin Express will detect the GPSMAP 721xs and after I enter my credentials it will say the registration was successful. However, the list of devices remains empty.

If I do this process from the vessel icon, it happens always the same. It says that the device was detected, then registered, but will not be listed. I tried this on 2 different PCs and one mac and the results are always the same.

What can be the problem?
