I have tried; turning both devices off, Bluetooth on and off, deleting and reinstalling Garmin. Plugging into a computer and engaging a computer software expert Flushed. Do I except this 4 year old watch is not only going tell the time?

HR monitor only works spasmodically.

Steps track to 6,000 then stop!!!
