Trouble installing Garmin Express on Windows 10- "Install Failed"

I have the Forerunner 245, and I am using a new ThinkPad laptop. When trying to install the Garmin Express on Windows 10, I keep getting the "Install Failed - Garmin Express could not be installed on this computer. Try installing again." I have tried multiple times, with no success. Without Garmin Express, I am limited on my Forerunner 245, and cannot update the watch software.

1. Any tips on what to do to install Express?

2. If I cannot install it, is there any way to update the Forerunner 245 watch so I can use the most up to date widgets, apps, watch faces, etc.?

Try using Garmin Connect Mobile on your smart phone. Updating the Software Using the Garmin Connect App

unplug your Garmin restart computer and update works for me always have to restart though.
