Garmin Express can't login with GarminUS account in China?

I am in China

I have two accounts

one is in China I login without problem.

another one is Garmin US, and I can't login, I am sure the password is ok

Is it Normal? How Do I Fix This Problem？

I fix this problem with the newest express, change the setting “connect 验证域”

China has a habit of blocking external sites, have you ever been able to use the US one in China?

Yes，I can use US account with http://connectus.garmin.cn/，and the APP is also OK，

Just garmin express doesn‘t work.
