Garmin Express no longer recognizes Forerunner 10

On July 3 2020 I connected my Forerunner 10 to my computer and it synced to Garmin Express with no problem. A week later I plugged it in to my computer and Garmin Express no longer recognizes my Forerunner. My recognizes it so it is not a problem with the cable or the USB port. I turned watch off and back on. Uninstalled and reinstalled Garmin Express. Even tried connecting to a different computer and still Garmin Express no longer recognizes my Foreunner 10.
