My wife recently purchased a 735XT, she is trying to install STRYD Module on the device (supported). When we go to download the Stryd software Garmin Connect tells us the watch needs update. Garmin Express and Connect tells us the phone is up to date. I've tried multiple computers, her smart phone etc (android). I've check Win10 and Browser settings, nothing is blocking tihs install or the install of updates to the device., What am I missing?
