I have installed and uninstalled Garmin Express a bunch of times and I'm Being told "windows cannot find C:/Program Files(x86)/Garmin/Express/express.exe" How can I fix this??

I have installed and uninstalled Garmin express a number of times.(with restart) and I still get "C:/Program Files(x86)/Express/express.exe". What can I do to fix this?.

the shortcut is created by GE installation itself so unless you're stating that GE is bugged, then you won't solve just editing the shortcut on desktop

Well it should be Program Files(x86)\Garmin\Express\express.exe so where are you seeing what you posted?

It comes up when I try to launch the program. It won't launch and that pop up happens each time I try.

try this:

- uninstall

- reboot

- launch regedit and search through registry for garmin values then remove all of them

- reboot

- install the just released 7.0.1.0 since Garmin actually fixed some bugs

Then whatever shortcut has been created isn't pointing to the correct place. Change it to what I posted.

Well the detail you posted is wrong then. Do a search for express.exe on your PC, that will establish where it is, assuming it's on your PC of course. My GE shortcut target is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\Express\express.exe"
