A few facts:
1. It happens on the latest Windows 10 Professional x64. But it also happened on the previous version (before May update).
2. The problem isn't just with this version (7.0.0.0), the same message occured with a few previous versions (like 4 or 5 of them).
(Yes, I don't have Garmin Express installed for a very long time.)
3. I already removed all Garmin traces in registry. RegCool always does its job perfectly.
4. My PC is fully updated. sfc/scannow does not find any problems.
5. I don't have any Garmin related files and folders on my PC.
Now, Garmin...when do you plan to release a fix for this annoying bug? If ever...
