Nope, but I've been around this and other forums for quite a while and used Express since it came out, on various Windows versions. Very rarely had an issue and always an error my end apart from once. The complaints I've seen have mostly been resolved by following the FAQ, an uninstall then reinstall or by deleting the device from Express then re-adding it. If that hasn't worked for you call Garmin so they can look at your system in detail as occasionally the other problem is an account issue at their end.
Never had to do that though so since the same program works ok for me and not for you then it's likely not the program at fault but the system it's running on? However wherever the fault lies rather than simply ranting if you'd like to resolve it and the FAQ doesn't help you'll need to call Product Support for help.
Also getting 'There was a problem connecting to the Garmin servers. We're unable to sign you in because our servers are unavailable at this time' error message.
I did uninstall Garmin Express and installed it again and this didn't help.
Never had problems with GE until this 7.0.
Any solution to this?
edit: I have an Edge 1030 that worked with GE prior to 7.0 update, after the update I started getting the server error
If nothing in this FAQ helps then call Product Support
but ensure first you've done a full uninstall then tried to download Express direct from the Garmin website
