I reset an Approach S2 to solve battery charge issues but as a result I lost the course information. When I attempt to add the device to Garmin Express the software cannot find the device. Is this a cable issue. The computer is acknowledging the cable when it is plugged into the USB port so there is a connection to some degree but might it be for power only and the data side is not connecting....
Tried different ports and same problem persists. Left with a watch that now charges but no course information.
