Garmin express fails to dowload purchased map to sd-card

I just bought a maritime map covering Northern Europe. Garmin Express for Windows fails when I am downloading the charts to the SD Card. Wheni he progress bar reach around 80 %, I get an errormessage saying that there was an error when the chart was downloaded. I have tried the same using different SD-cards and different PCs - all with same result. Download of software updates for my Garmin Network works fine.

Any suggestions?

For issues like this your best bet is to contact Product Support

Yes indeed, and please note that Garmin Support is currently contactable via e-mail only as their offices are closed. They do respond promptly though.

If that's of any help: I did purchase TOPO map only yesterday morning - there's nice and tempting 20% promotion valid until the end of May - and downloaded/installed it onto SD card in my Oregon 750t first time rights and without any issues whatsoever.
