Cannot install garmin.exe on computer

Hi, Can any one please help me here? I want to update my car GPS so I downloaded the Garmin express.exe and when I am running that .exe file on my computer, it says this cannot be installed in this computer... any hints, ideas plz

So what computer do you have? What OS? How did you get the exe file? How are you trying to run it? Give us some detail and we may be able to help.
