After using my Fenix 3 HR for 1,5 years without any problems. It suddenly won't connect to WiFi anymore.
So I tried reset Factory settings (after contact with Belgian Garmin Support).
Now Garmin Express detects the device as "new" and returns the error message "Specified unit ID is invalid".
I've seen multiple other devices having the same error message. But I don't see any solution on this forum.
I hope getting some reaction via this forum. Because via mail reaction from Garmin support is taking already >2 months (so pré-covid19).
