Have to keep entering username/password into Express

I have this problem. Has it been fixed? Last discussion was locked but no solution tendered.

    Yes. I cannot use this program either - just keeps asking me to log in, even though I have gone through the whole "forgotten password" system twice. So, I KNOW what my email address is and I KNOW what my password is. But Express just doesn't want to know. So I cannot download my rides from any of my many Garmin devices. So the most important part of the functionality is now missing. 

    And that means that Garmin devices must be considered to be not fit for purpose and not of merchantable quality. Which means that Garmin are in breach of the most basic of trading laws...

  • Call Product Support so they can resolve this.

    Well there are so many messages online from others having had the exact same problem over the years that I don't feel inclined to call product support. Their apparent failure in the past just doesn't imbue me with enough confidence to do it.

    I'll just switch to a product that just works...
