There was an error syncing with Garmin Connect - Edge 810

Tried this both on a Mac and on a Win10 PC. When I try to sync my 810 I get this error and when I look at the details is says there are 3 Updates Available and then under Other Items, it lists the following (on the Win10 PC)

User Settings
- Settings
User Settings
- Settings
Personal Records
- Personal Records

Any ideas what may be causing this gratefully received
