Forerunner 410 doesn't send data to Garmin Express Windows

Hi. Garmin Express can see my Forerunner 419 (with ANT stick). But it can't receive data. What can be happening? (sorry for my bad english). Thank you very much.

Possibly corrupt data on the watch. Suggest a full factory reset to wipe all data.

Simultaneously hold down Start and Quit buttons
Wait until device restarts, then let go of the Start button.
When you see the message "Do you really want to erase all user data" let go of the Quit button
Press Enter to delete all user data.

The device came out nearly 10 years ago. If you're the original owner and have never reset it, then likely that is what is going on.

Thank you Seilogramp for your answer. I am the original owner; I bought te device 7 years ago.

I've reset the device, but remains the same situation. Garmin Express can`t connect with my account and the device can't send the data (but it shows "transferring data" in the display).

The problem begun with the restart of my computer.

Possibly Garmin Support can give you a certain level of support. Obviously if the hardware is bad, they won't be able to assist.
