Uninstall Garmin express windows 10 ver 6.20

Hi all,

I've tried every option to get GE to work. But I cannot uninstall it. I've tried the Microsoft program, made sure I have lots of extra disk space and sacrificed a chicken, but nothing seems to work.

I end up with a blank white box and that's as good as it gets. This happens whether I'm trying to launch it or delete it.

Any ideas on next steps?? The idea of trying another computer seems a little silly.

Thanks for the quick reply! Unfortunately, I've tried all the methods suggested. My last step is to go into the Windows Registry and manually remove this program.Not keen on this at all, but it appears that I have little choice.

I have had had good luck with this program in the past but I would make sure I had a good backup first. I also uncheck the box that says auto fix any problems.

You said you'd tried the Microsoft program in your first post, wonder why it worked this time? Anyway glad it's resolved, I'll close this thread.
