Garmin Nuvi 2595 LMT keeps restarting, it is always going into boot loop when connected to windows 10 PC. It is also restarting in the car with original charger.and other chargers

my Garmin Nuvi 2595 keeps restarting, it is always going into boot loop when connected to windows 10 PC, tried with 3 different cables but same problem exists. It is also restarting in the car with original charger.and other chargers and CAR USB. I am unable to connect and update GPS since 6 months. I have wasted several hours to reset and fix the problem, I used three different laptop with all USB ports. I request Please suggested

This is a device issue and not related to Express, you need to call Garmin Product Support.
