Can I update only selected maps on my Garmin Approach G6?

When I connect my Approach G6 to Garmin Express it shows map updates for North America (which I want) and also Europe and Africa which I do NOT want. However, the only option/button that I can see is "Install All". Is there any way to only install the maps I want?

Click on 'View Details'. Then you can choose which to update.

Now it's even worse.

When I go back in to Garmin Express (latest version 6.20.0.0) to attempt to do as you suggested, I can't even get to where I was before.

The Home screen shows my Approach G6 has 3 updates (which I knew already) but when I click on the Approach icon to go and do the updates, all I get is a screen showing "Refresh To Check For Updates". No matter how often I click on this, it goes no further
