Incompatible widget, seems to fit device

Hi. I discovered a hydration widget from Garmin called Hydration Tracking (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/6cb03839-6c01-42ac-8acf-6c54801cc9ae)
I have a Garmin fenix 5X Plus watch, which was released in 2018. The widget is available for some older watches like the Vivoactive 3 from 2017; therefore it seems compatible. But it isn't. Why is it unavailable for fenix 5X Plus?

An IQ widget is not compatible, unless the author makes it compatible. The F5X+ is not on the compatibility list, therefore you cannot upload it to the watch.
